Being able to speak Turkish enough,
To have an income or profession that will provide for himself and his dependents in Turkey,

The validity of the above-mentioned conditions also means something within the limits determined by the law and regulation. In particular, the issue of under which conditions an uninterrupted five-year residence can be used for citizenship is one of the issues that should be emphasized.
The existence of the conditions specified in the law and regulation does not mean that citizenship will be granted absolutely. The discretion of the competent authority at this point continues.
